A

A

A

Sworn statement is basically the same as an unsworn statement, expect that it includes an oath or affirmation by the subject of the interview. Generally has the same format and content and is prepared in the same manner as an unsworn statement.

A

Another name for a sworn statement, and is essentially a written statement of fact made voluntarily and confirmed by the oath or affirmation of party making it, before a Federal judge or a Federal investigator having the authority to administer the oath.
