What is required of breakers that are racked out past DISCONNECTED?
A
When racked past DISCONNECTED, the breaker is not mechanically restrained and may present a missile hazard. Breakers should be stored in designated areas.

What order is used for removing and installing control power fuses?
A
When removing or installing control power fuses, the CLOSE Control Power fuses(fuse block AX) shall be removed first and installed last. This ensures that the TRIP circuitry is available any time the breaker CLOSE fuses are installed.

What’s required when you remove a breaker from the cubicle resulting in an exposed opening?
A
The opening must be covered with an appropriate FME barrier.
