Indikation:
• Sinustachykardie, supraventrikuläre Tachykardie
• Reflextachykardie bei Nitroglycerinanwendung

Dosierempfehlung:
• ½ - 1 (2) Amp. sehr langsam (5 min) i. v.;
nicht mehr als 1 mg/min (max. 0,3 mg/kg)

A
mögliche Nebenwirkungen:
• AV-Block, RR ↓, Herzinsuff., Kopfschmerz, Übelkeit
• in hoher Dosierung – Bronchospasmus
• in Kombination mit Verapamil: HRST⇒bis zur Asystolie
