A
  • BR or FG (other than FZFG) forecast or reported
  • Precip. (not freezing or frozen) forecast to end at least 30 minutes before arrival
  • PROB of precip (not freezing or frozen) @ ETA <50%

-Snow, ice, frozen precip on RWY & braking action “good” by similar type.
All forzen precip ended & none foreast between “good” braking action report & ETA

Wet/Slippery Runway Criteria for Dispatch (FOM)

A
  • Any intensity RA or DZ forecast or reported @ETA
  • FZFG forecast or reported @ETA
  • BA of similar type are unavail & any freezing/frozen precip w/ in the last 24 hours
  • Snow, ice, frozen precip. on RW & BA “medium, poor, nil” by similar type
  • any DOUBT if dry RWY criteria met, or of runway condition then PIC assumes wet runway
