Q

How do you summarise a normal cardiovascular exam?

A
  • Normal CVS exam with no signs of CVD
  • Pulse rate was (give rate), with normal character and volume
  • No displaced apex beat and no heaves or thrills
  • Heart sounds 1 and 2 heard with no added sounds
  • Consistent with normal CVS exam
