Antagonist
a character (or sometimes a thing) in conflict with the main character or protagonist.
Climax
climax is the most intense,exciting, or important point of something.
Conflict
the opposition of persons or forces that give rise to the dramatic action in a drama or fiction.
Dynamic Character
a literary or dramatic character who undergoes an important inner change, as a change in a personality or attitude.
Exposition
a comprehensive description and explanation of an idea or theory.
Initial Incident
is the event or decision that begins a story’s problem.
Falling Action
is defined as the part of a story after the climax and before the very end.
Flat Character
are two-dimensional in that they are ralatively uncomplicated and do not change throughout the course of the story.
Foil Character
is a character who contrasts with another character usually the protagonist.
Plot
the action of the story that follows the plot diagram.
Protagonist
the leading character/hero of a story
Round Character
are complex and undergo development, sometimes sufficiently to surprise the reader.
Resolution
is the action of solving a problem, dispute or contentious matter.
Static Character
is a character who undergoes little or no inner change. A character who doesn’t grow or develop.
Stock Character
is a stereotypical fictional character who distinguished by their flatness.
