  • start with 25-50% so glucose levels don’t dramatically increase; look at labs to check tolerance (specifically Mg, K and P)
  • if labs drop dramatically, refeeding is occurring

  • parenteral to enteral: takes 2-3 days; stop parenteral when enteral reaches 75%
