A

Assumptions, values, artifacts

assumptions are beyond our awareness. they are taken for granted and reflect human beliefs.

values are shared principles, standsards and goals.

artfacts are policies and other “rules” that support values.

e.g. happy employees is assupmtion. Value is high quality relationships and fun
artifact is open door policy and pool table office space.
