How do solid particles look like?

A

Solid particles are very close and are held tightly together. The particles are always in a straight line. Unlike gases and liquids the particles in a solid dont move around they just vibrate because of how close they are. Solids have strong forces of attraction.

Diffusion is just when particles start to spread out. Particles move from a high concentration to a low concentration. This means that when there is a more particles on one side than the other it is called high concentration, so the side with less particle has a low concentration.
