A

Recommended by Jenkins Commission 1998

How does it work?

A

Rank Candidates in order of preference
more than 50% - elected automatically
If no one 50%
candidate w fewest votes is eliminated and 2nd choices are re-allocated.
Continues until someone reaches 50% of more of vote

A
All MPs would have wide ranging support from voters 
Retains MP/Constituency link 
Penalises extremist parties
