A
  • Foreign objects > ghost images
  • Palatoglossal airspace
  • lips open = R/L anteriors
  • Head tilt = not center
  • Head rotated = 1 side wider, 1 side narrower
  • Head up = flat smile
  • Head down = smiley
  • Head forward = minimising, fuzzy, spine
  • Head back = Fuzzy, larger
  • Slumped spine
  • Shoulder interference
  • Pt movement
  • Didn’t raise tongue = R/L mx roots
