When you arrive at work, after using the bathroom, after smoking, after sneezing, after touching your hair/face/clothing, after eating/drinking, after taking off/putting on gloves, before handling food especially read-to eat foods like salads/sandwiches, after handling garbage, after handling dirty equipment/dishes/utensils, after touching raw food, and anytime you change from one task to another.

Wet hands, lather, scrub, wash for 20 seconds, dry hands, and paper towel.
