BCR-ABL1 fusion. Unregulated proliferation.
Also IKZF1 transcription factor is inhibited which leads to a lack of differentiation.

Prognosis
A
Poor unless caught early. St. Jude has virtually cured this though

Remission induction therapy is what?

PVA (Prednisone+vincristine+anthracycline)
