Function:
Used mostly for neck pain, though Neck Jiaji points are more common for that. Name refers to chronic overuse with slow and gradual onset of body weakness with Qi and blood deficiency throughout the entire body

Location:
0.5 cun bilateral to the cervical spinous process from C2-C7.

Function:
C2: for head and facial problems
C3- C5: for shoulders and elbows
C6- C7: for hands and fingers

Location:
17 points along each side of the spine from T1- L5 (total of 34 points).
These points are NOT level with the spaces between the spinous process and are NOT in line with the Du or Shu points.

T1- T3: Upper limbs- numbness, pain, aching, atrophy, etc.
T1- T8: Chest- palpations, coughing, chest tightness, diaphragm problems, etc.
T6- L5: Abdomen- problems with the stomach, large and small intestines, bladder, uterus and ovaries, etc.
L1- L5: Lower Limbs- sciatica, knee problems, etc.
