Used mostly for neck pain, though Neck Jiaji points are more common for that. Name refers to chronic overuse with slow and gradual onset of body weakness with Qi and blood deficiency throughout the entire body

T1- T3: Upper limbs- numbness, pain, aching, atrophy, etc.

T1- T8: Chest- palpations, coughing, chest tightness, diaphragm problems, etc.

T6- L5: Abdomen- problems with the stomach, large and small intestines, bladder, uterus and ovaries, etc.

L1- L5: Lower Limbs- sciatica, knee problems, etc.
