how does lymphoedema occur?
obesity > increased pressure > impaired lymphatic drainage from lower limb > increased hydrostatic pressure > fluid leaks out into intravascular spaces
how is lymphoedema managed?
weight loss compression stockings manual drainage emollients hygiene antibiotics steroid cream
what other skin problems does lymphoedema predispose to?
cellulitis
what does a vitamin B3 (niacin) deficiency cause?

what disease is dermatitis herpatiformis associated with?
