What is social psychology
Social psychology is concerned with understanding aspects of human behvaiour that involve an individual’s relationship to others, groups, society and culture.
What are social psychologists interested in?
Social Psychologists are interested in topics where people’s behaviour can be influenced by others, such as obedience and prejudice
What is obedience?
Obedience is a form of social control where the bahaviour of an individual is influenced by a real or imagined pressure from another.
What is social influence?
When an individual’s behaviour, attitudes and emotions are affected by those of another

An actor who participates in a psychological experiment pretending to be a subject but in actuality working for the researcher,
