EED’s are located at base of emergency exits stairs nearest the under river tube AND near stations at the first blue light south of the station, on southbound track. Secured with TA locks

20lb dry chem extinguishers AND blue light phone located at power removal boxes ( every 600 ft )
All under river standpipe outlets are wet. / Standpipes are city main fed
Siamese’s are usually located at the emergency exits closest to the river
Section valves located 600 ft apart

TA portable radios: comm link can be used from the radio to the train master who then relays info to dispatch
