16
Q

HYD leaks in A, B or STBY sys

A
A sys:
# leak in EDP or related - oil drops to 20%
# leaks in elec pump or line - oil drops to 0%
B sys:
# either pumps - oil drops to 0%
# stand pipe is good for PTU OPS
STBY:
# low quantity LT when half empty
# system B will stabilized at 72%
17
Q

PTU operation

A
Power transfer unit auto function when:
# Operates when EDP press is lost
# flaps less then 15
Supply additional HYD volume to operates sluts & LE flaps
18
Q

LDG Transfer unit

A
Conditions:
# airborne
# N1 ENG no 1 drops
# LDG lever is up
# either gear is not up
Uses system B HYD
19
Q

Landing configuration horn

A

Flaps between 0 - 10 and below 800 and thrust close
Flaps between 15 - 25 and thrust close
Flaps between 30 - 40

20
Q

White bug

A

TO - V2 + 15 - Limit bank angle to 15° until reaching V2 + 15 knots. A maximum bank angle of 30° is permitted at V2 + 15

LDG - Vref + 20 - provides target airspeed which allows sufficient tail clearance margin during a one engine inoperative flaps 15° landing
