Separate suspect from others at scene
Condition of suspect - injured, drunk, drugged, mental
Ask to remain and co-operate with Police
Arrest if grounds to
Search suspect, vehicle, vicinity
Note appearance - marks/tattoos/cuts/dirt etc.
Note behaviour/demeanour
Note everything said, consider preliminary interview
