Breath sounds, HR, BP - O2 Sat => cyanosis

Increased

HR, RR, JVD - SOB – retractions, nasal flaring

Pain

Chest/Epigastric - May be worse with cough or deep breath

Onset is commonly sudden - sharp

Tracheal shift away from pneumothorax

Progressively expanding chest wall
