Confidentiality
It is responsible for a patient to assume a Health Care Professional will only use or disclose their information for the benefit of their health/welfare.
Duty of care
Is an obligation that a sensible person would use in circumstances when acting towards others.

Patients have the right to accept, reject or choose one of the number of treatment options available.
