How heavy, how long, clots.
Sexual activity and Contraception

- Discharge
- Have you had HPV vaccine, have yo had smear and ever had abnormal.
- Currently using contraception (ask specifically about barrier contraception - STI)
Preg:
- any chance of pregame’s now
- How many times been preg
- How many births, natural or how?
- Previous miscarriage, termination or complication in preg or birth
Urinary and bowel symptoms (relevant in prolapse, endometriosis etc)
Gynae PMH and surgical
