A

Conservatives = The Reformation led to catholicism without a pope - and there was little logic in this

Reformists = Henry still relied on bishops who preached Popes doctrines to maintain split, and so there was no complete reform ,

  1. Bible was translated into English (1537)
  2. Some services were introduced in English by Cramner in 1545
  3. Much less emphasis on saints
    - saints days reduced to 25
    - Laity forbidden to go on pilgrimages to offer prayers to saints

They accepted Henry as head of church, but were slow to accept protestant beliefs
