Possession of False Identity Documents, etc. with improper intention

With improper intention, (a) false identity document (knows or believes) (b) improperly obtained identity document (knows or believes) (c) identity document relating to someone else.

Apparatus designed or adapted for the making of false identity Documents, etc.

Indictable only - 10yrs/fine

Prohibited intention to make or have in their possession any apparatus which to their knowledge has been specially designed or adapted for the making of false id Documents, or any article or material which to their knowledge has been specially designed or adapted to be used in the making of such documents.

Prohibited intention = make a false id document and that the document will be used by somebody for establishing, ascertaining or verifying personal information

Any false document

Document improperly obtained

Relating to someone else

Any article or material which to their knowledge has been specially designed or adapted to be used in the making of such documents.
