A

Most immigrants move to poor areas mainly because they wont be able to afford houses in other areas but also it makes it easier if the area is of the same background as it makes communication easier in their first periods of time here.

A

Regenerating is doing physical changes to an area while rebranding is doing many improvements to make a new name for an area

A

It can revive nearby lakes or parks, it creates new jobs for all kinds of sectors and it creates now housing accommodations

The green belt makes it so that no building is allowed beyond a certain point from london, this is good as it means it protects rural land however it also just encourages building beyond that making a green donut.

A

Most farmers make a stable income by providing products to london supermarkets or my providing leisure services. Many London workers also live in rural areas due to a decrease of housing price.

A

There is a relief of pressure on housing in london and many leisure activities open up for workers on holiday. Eg. Camping. And a lot of food is local.
