Design made form silk which is lightweight and expensive to buy

The design has been created on a computer programme such as photoshop as the pattern is too complex to be hand printed. This has allowed McQueen to create a highly complex pattern which makes the piece unusual and one of a kind

This creates an elegant design which flows naturally over the female form
