  • Quality
  • Associated observations: general posture, tension in neck muscles, poor phrasing / fast speech rate, hard glottal attack, excessive / loud talking, excessive coughing, throat clearing, emotional, restricted jaw/ mouth opening
  • Helps with provisional diagnosis
