A

theatron -
seating and watching ares for audience, originally grassy slopes then to wooden seats

orchestra -
meaning ‘dancing place’ had an altar at its center called the ‘thymele’, originally used for dithyramb chorus performances developing into a place of performance as well. The actors were raised to the chorus on a proscenium.

Skene -
a wall behind the stage that acted as a sounding board, storage room and was later developed into having paraskenia (2 projecting side wings)
