  1. Systemic shock or Signs of infection
  2. Risk of AKI (e.g. Transplanted Kidneys, CKD, Bilateral obstructing stones)
  3. Pregnancy
  4. Dehydration
  5. Uncertainty about the diagnosis
  6. No response to treatment within an hour.
