Scrub one arm at a time:
Use nail cleaning implement in scrub brush container to clean each nail and nail bed;
briskly scrub the nails while counting slowly to five (should be about 40 strokes)

palm and dorsal hand while counting slowly to five (should be about 40 strokes;
