Reflective journal

A

Describing lessons, impressions, likes/dislikes, and reassessments of situation/experience/performance

It is not a descriptive log or play by play, a primary venting tool, or grading mechanism

Used by multiple professionals, hard work for some

Provides an outlet for feelings, cognitive reflection, and development
