[N.B you get high baseline LH + low FSH]

  • reduced oestrogen (due to FSH)
  • anovulation (high baseline = no LH surge)

Ulipristol: - progesterone receptor blocker

IUD: - MOST EFFECTIVE

  • prevents implantation + toxic to sperm
  • within 5 days
