~abnormal sleepiness/lehtargy = severe 
-sunken eyes
-want of water:
~eager to drink - mild/moderate 
~drinking poorly or not at all =severe 
-Skin turgor:
~visible for less than 2 secs = mild/moderate 
~visible for longer than 2 secs = severe
