1) I feel that you were a great leader when you did lead, you led with genuine interest in the task and that helped me be interested in what we were doing too. Your presence brought joy to the tasks at hand.
2) As a member i appreciate how well spoken and knowledgeable you are.

You did a great job trying to keep everyone involved in the group activities, and affirmed our gifts. You really tried to understand what we thought and felt, and asked questions so that you could try to relate to us. It made me feel like you valued what I had to say, and that I was an important part of the group.

Josh, you lead well, with looking for collaboration, providing wisdom and varying perspectives to entice me to look at things differently and I appreciate your outlook on various topics. You took on various roles that were out of your comfort zone and did extremely well at them, providing wisdom and insight. Keep being who God has designed you to be, clearly your mom doesn’t like it when you try to be someone else lol.
