  1. Supination technique: use thumb to apply pressure over radial head, maximally flex supinated elbow. Often hear palpable click with reduction of radial head
  2. Hyperpronation technique: hyperpronate forearm in flexed position
  • Ensure no fracture before doing this
  • Should be able to move arm within minutes after
