AKI (12-24hrs after)

Rx of rhabdomyolysis

A

Urgent Hyperkalaemia rx

IV fluids (initially up to 1.5 L) to keep myoglobin con low, stop AKI

IV sodium bicarb

Dialysis/ICU may be needed
