A
  1. High glycemic sugars break down fast, requiring rapid storage
  2. Wears out receptor sites and/or insulin manufacturing
  3. Hypoglycemia AKA hyperinsulinemia (may or may not occur)
  4. Muscle starvation leads to fat storage depletion (temporary loss of weight)
  5. Fat metabolism = ketones, ketoacidosis, fruity breath and urine
  6. Crud in blood: leads to hypertension, arterial disease, infection, etc.
