A

‘Cheese reaction’: Tyramine-containing foods + MAOI -> hypertensive crisis (throbbing headache, increased BP, intracranial haemorrhage)

MAOIs + TCAs -> hypertensive episodes (avoid)

MAOIs + pethidine -> hyperpyrexia, restlessness, coma & hypotension.
