how do developed countries like the UK deal with coastal management?
A
as developed countries have more money to invest into coastal management than developing countries have, they can invest time and effort in areas which really need the engineering techniques. such as (eg. isle of white or Abbots Hall Farm where managed retreat has been encouraged and has provided a salt marsh for animals and creatures. obviously everyone had their own opinion on it. some agreed and some disagreed).
