A
  • Satellite lesions near main rash in candida infection
  • Rash extends into folds
  • Larger red macules
  • Well demarcated with scaly lesions

Management

A
  • Consider more absorbent nappies
  • Change nappy as soon as possible after soiling
  • Use water, alcohol free products
  • Ensure nappy area is dry before applying new nappy
  • Maximise time without nappy
