MI - 6 wks off
Dysrrhythmias - 4 wks off
Unexplained syncope - 4 wks off
Procedures:
Angioplasty - 1 wk off
Pacemaker implant - 1 wk off
Uncontrolled angina - should only drive when symptoms controlled
