Small telangiectasia with red dot
Dilated arteriole and radiating vessels
They are blanching on pressure
Found in distribution of SVC - face, arms, neck, upper trunk
Liver disease especially alcohol due to vasodilation from raised oestrogen/testosterone ratio
Pregnancy
Contraceptive pill
Angiokeratoma
Apprearance - SCAM
Pathophysiology
S - varies
C - red to blue/purple
A - scaly due to hyperkeratosis
M - Papule
Proliferating, dilating capillaries
