Ceftriaxone 250mg IM stat as a single dose AND
Azithromycin oral ,1g, as a single dose AND
Metronidazole oral 2g as a single dose

Acyclovir oral 400mg tdsfor 7 days

If no improvement in 1 week- Azithromycin 1g oral as a single dose
Aspirate fluctuant buboes at each visit
