a) Iteration is where you repeat a calculation until you get narrow the interval in which the solution lies.

- Type in the ‘x = ‘ no. and then type in the equation sub.ing ANS where xn appears.
- Press ‘=’ repeatedly till the answer repeats or till the given no. of times

- Sub. each in the no.s between the interval you are given into the equation.
- When there is a sign change, this means the solution lies between these last two values.
