CPR and AED

A patient is found unresponsive. What are your first steps?

1. Check LOC & Breathing status
2. Activate emergency response & get AED
3. Check carotid pulse (none?)
4. Start CPR (30 compressions/2 breaths)
5. Set up AED
6. Shock pt if advised / cont. CPR if not
