Indications

Obvious side effects if you no MOA

A

Lipase inhibitor so reduces GI absorption of fat, therefore, reducing weight

BMI >30 and failure of the behavioural approach

Steattorhoea and anal leakage
Flatulence
Abdominal distention and pain
Faecal urgency/incontinence
