Dose of furosemide in adult CHF.

40 mg SIVP (may double the pt’s normal dose of Furosemide, up to 80 mg)

Question 3

NTG for the adult, non-hypotensive CHF patient

Answer 3

• 0.4 mg SL NTG x1, then,

- 1/2” - 1” NTG topical paste
