  • 300mg Aspirin + Clopidogrel - Treatment dose heparin and beta-blocker stat - GTN spray & morphine PRN

Why treatment dose heparin in ACS?

A

Venous thromboembolism prophylaxis - doesn’t lyse clot, slows formation enough for physiological thrombolysis to work
