A

3 Ps

  • Pituitary (prolactinoma, acromegaly, adrenal, carcinoid tumours)
  • Parathyroid adenoma/hyperplasia
  • Pancreas (insulinoma, gastrinoma)

A

TAP

  • Thyroid - medullary thyroid cancer (always in MEN2)
  • Adrenal - phaeo (50%)
  • Parathyroid hyperplasia

Features of MEN 3/2B?

A

MEN 2 (thyroid carcinoma + phaeo) but without hyperparathyroidism

Also has mucosal neuromas (bumps on lips/cheeks/tongue/eyelids) and a Marfanoid appearance
