Kawasaki disease symptoms

A

-Fever greater than 38.9 >5 days-
4/5 of following:
- bilateral conjunctivitis without exudate
- mucous membrane changes: strawberry tongue, pharyngitis mc= CRACKED SWOLLEN LIPS
- unilateral cervical LAD >1.5cm
- any type of rash mainly on trunk
- changes to distal extremities

CREAM (conjunctivitis, rash, edema (erythema of hands and feet), adenopathy(cervical unilater), MUCOSAL.

*extra info: mc acquired heart disease in US (acute rheumatic fever in world)
